Canutillo Self Storage ("we," "us," "our") operates the self-storage facility at 320 FM 259, Canutillo, TX 79835, and the website at canutilloselfstorage.com (the "Site").
When you contact us through the Site, we collect the information you provide in the inquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, the unit size you're interested in, and your message. We may also collect basic technical information about your visit (such as approximate location, browser, and pages viewed) through our analytics provider.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to follow up about your storage account, and to operate, improve, and secure the Site. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business — such as our website and form host (Netlify), our analytics provider (Google Analytics), and our payment processor — under contracts that require them to protect your data. We may disclose information if required by law.
The Site remembers your language choice (English or Spanish) in your browser's local storage. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are viewed and whether a visitor taps to call, text, email, get directions, or sends an inquiry. Google Analytics sets cookies for this purpose, and IP anonymization is enabled. The contents of your inquiry (name, phone, email, message) are not sent to Google Analytics. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time, or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to follow up and as required by Texas law. Active tenant records are kept for the duration of the rental agreement plus a standard records-retention period.
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing communications. Email Canutilloselfstorage@gmail.com with your request.
The Site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
